Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Global Learning & Development Program Manager within Finance to work for one of our top global technology clients! This role is working a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for spending time analyzing business L&D needs, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating with global, regional, and local L&D PgMs, POC's and SME's in the management and reporting of Fleet-wide, Regiona,l and site-specific curriculum and L&D initiatives.

Title: Program Manager, Financial Management - Learning & Development (2)

Pay: $60 - $68 per hour on W2

Duration: 8 month contract with possible extensions

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week - Hybrid work (Tues to Thurs in the office, Monday & Friday remote)

What You’ll Do

• Maintain/analyze the L&D portfolio of programs utilizing smartsheets PPM, leading the weekly intake process and working with a Smartsheets TAM for feature updates, and create stakeholder reporting of progress and status.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly budget reporting format and cadence and coordinate annual planning for 2026.
• Manage the relationship with suppliers and oversee monthly invoicing and payment of contracted goods and services, as well as maintaining the accuracy of spend forecasts throughout the term of the contract(s) and fiscal year.

Top Skills – Targeting 3 – 5 years experience

• Smartsheet and the Google Workspace set of tools, including Sheets for financial management.
• Expertise in budget management and contract and procurement processes (SOW, PO, PR)
• Ability to create/maintain data trackers, dashboards, and report collateral that effectively and accurately tells a data narrative for leadership.
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders in different locations worldwide.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in corporate Learning and Development programs.
• Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Google PgM, etc.) certification
