What You’ll Do
Coach and Lead Trainers: Supervise and mentor a team of trainers, building their capacity to deliver high-impact learning across multiple locations.
Manage Training Operations: Oversee the training calendar and coordinate schedules across our school and residential programs.
Promote Learning Culture: Design and deliver training strategies that foster ongoing development at all levels of the organization.
Leverage Technology: Implement modern, tech-forward training solutions, including virtual and hybrid delivery.
Monitor Quality Through Data: Collect, analyze, and report on training participation, outcomes, and satisfaction to ensure program effectiveness.
Certify and Deliver Core Training: Become certified and lead re-certifications in Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and AED as needed.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with HR, clinical, and operational teams to align training with organizational goals.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in education, training, HR, or a related field
2–3 years of leadership experience in training or talent development
Proven ability to coach others, manage projects, and deliver training to diverse audiences
Strong data analysis, communication, and tech skills (LMS experience preferred)
Experience with or willingness to become certified in Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and AED

Compensation range: $75,000-$80,000/year
