What do we expect from our new team member?


  • Design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of end-to-end leadership, behavioral, and functional development programs.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses in line with organizational development goals and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Develop innovative and participatory learning methods and design learning strategies aligned with company culture.
  • Stay up to date with global trends in learning, the future of work, and behavioral science, and translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Own and manage the Learning Management System (preferably SuccessFactors LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.
  • Follow digital learning trends and develop digital/mobile-based learning solutions.
  • Propose and implement initiatives that support company development in learning technologies and digital platforms.
  • Monitor learning impact and uncover new opportunities through data dashboards and learning analytics.
  • Conduct analyses to improve training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for development areas.
  • Collaborate with global content providers and external learning consultants to bring world-class practices into the organization.
  • Take full responsibility for all key learning events from ideation to execution, ensuring high engagement and quality delivery.



What kind of teammate are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department of a reputable university.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in multinational or complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development, HR practices, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, digital learning technologies, and mobile-first solutions.
  • Experience in managing LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors), with hands-on involvement in system configuration and optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful insights from learning data.
  • Skilled in reporting, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong project management and event planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
