We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to gain real-world learning and development experience through working on projects. As an LMS Intern, you will help create, update, and maintain Gabletek’s Learning Management System (LMS), as well as perform other administrative team duties. In this role, you will support ambitious operations and corporate support teams that thrive on collaboration and innovation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative items such as answering and filtering emails, assembling, and distributing documents and materials, setting up and refreshing training and meeting rooms
• Building out courses in the learning management system
• Setting up and tracking training programs in the learning management system
• Build and generate reports from various systems and programs
• Provide support to employees by email, phone, and video calls
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
• Assist and support course and program design, coordination, and implementation
• Moderate and facilitate courses, workshops, webinars, meetings, and other events
• Assist with manual, document, and presentation creation

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn e-learning software by the industry leader creator platform for workplace learning
• Overall curiosity for learning and development
• Highly motivated; a go-getter willing to go the extra mile
• Seek to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
