We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Professional to join our team through a staff augmentation model.
In this role, you will help create, manage, administer and deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive employee growth and organizational success.

Must Haves
  *   Minimum 2+ years of previous work experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field. Candidate must have previous work experience with large scale learning programs in execution. Candidate must have strong project management experience.
  *   Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  *   Familiarity with learning content development tools and technologies (For example, articulate rise)
  *   Preferred experience GEN AI tools, (ChatGPT, copilot).
  *   Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
  *   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  *   Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills sets, PowerPoint, Excel (VLOOKUP) minimum 2 years’ experience.
