Summary

We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Associate (Reservations & Customer Service)


We’re looking for a highly adaptable and positive professional to join our team as a Learning & Development Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about training and developing customer service teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Train and onboard new Contact Center representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and customer experience best practices.
  • Develop and update training programs, materials, and knowledge bases.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for training improvements.
  • Maintain training records and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, ensuring an engaging learning experience.


What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of training experience, including program development and management (at least 1 year in a call center/customer service environment preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 11 PM, including weekends as needed.
