Summary

Job Purpose Oversees learning and development, recruitment, and performance management processes. Responsible for developing relevant internal training initiatives and monitoring and conducting search for required external training. Oversees recruitment end-to-end process. Writes reports and makes comparative summaries with regard to recruitment and training status. Supervises the performance and accomplishment of tasks of concerned HR staff. Duties and Responsibilities Learning and Development Ensures that the Training procedure is implemented Meets with Department Heads to discuss training needs of relevant staff Creates the Training Plan with estimated budget Researches relevant resource materials for modules Organizes and design training and orientation programs/modules; creates Powerpoint Presentations Ensures the delivery of trainings align with Human Resources direction and strategies Communicates training needs to external training providers Coordinates and helps assess new and existing employees’ undertaking relevant training programs. Plans and hosts company-wide/ department-initiated events Helps create and implement Organizational Development-related activities and other programs Creates Quarterly KPI reports Recruitment Searches for and implements proactive ways to source qualified candidates Oversees search for candidates who meet required qualifications especially for Key Personnel Coordinates with Headhunters for higher level position hire requirements; attends job fairs as necessary Coordinates with Hiring Managers in terms of their staff requirement and relevant decisions for open positions Reviews resume/qualifications of candidates before consideration for various positions and proper endorsement Sets interview and exam schedule for candidates with key positions Handles final interview of Rank and File to Supervisory positions Creates rate proposal and Job Offers for Managers and up and ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures Handles on-boarding orientations; improves module Researches and creates job descriptions of various positions Does Exit Interview of separated employees Reviews and modifies COEs accordingly Creates Quarterly KPI reports Performance Management Develops/modifies Appraisal forms Monitors Employee Appraisal process Makes standard format for Appraisal Summary Collates Appraisal Summaries from different departments/sites/plants Analyzes Appraisal Results Others Involved in planning and creating organizational development-related programs/initiatives Coordinates/Consults with different Department Heads with regard to activities, programs, requests, and issues relevant to the abovementioned HR areas Creates Movement Summaries for employees with recommended promotion/salary adjustments Handles change request and process/procedure creation/modification tasks relevant to improvement of recruitment, training, and performance management Creates memos and certain policies as assigned Reviews and consolidates HR WFH reports Works on other reports as assigned Maintains and handles the department’s Risk Register with the Sr. HR Manager Assists in creating the MRM report and other QMS related activities/initiatives Handles Change Request form processing Takes on relevant tasks as required Qualifications Education Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Psychology, Communications, or any relevant course Training Recruitment Strategies Quality Management Coaching and Mentoring Training frameworks, tools, and styles Training Needs Analysis Skills Leadership skills Reporting and Presenting skills Planning and Organizational Skills Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Good interviewing and evaluating/assessing skills Time Management Skills Strong Attention to Details Multi-tasking Skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English (active listening, speaks with confidence, uses proper etiquette and appropriate grammar/tone/inflection, displays appropriate temperament in conversations, and relays information in a concise and logical manner) Experience With at least three to five (3-5) years of supervisory experience With experience in Recruitment and Training. Working conditions Will be assigned at the main office. Hybrid Set-Up Physical requirements Follows main office schedule Job Type: Full-time Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
