All About The Role

Kick-start your career with JET, a leading global online food delivery marketplace and a key player in the tech industry. Immerse yourself in Learning Development, gaining hands-on experience in delivering impactful training programs while collaborating with top industry professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Assist in coordinating logistics for various learning and talent programs, including workshops, training sessions, webinars, and mentoring programs, in collaboration with the Facilities department.
• Support in scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and coordinating participant attendance.
• Communicate details to participants, including schedules, materials, and reminders.
• Assist in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content, processes, campaigns, and scheduling.
• Help prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and resources for learning programs, ensuring materials are organized and available for participants.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
• Strong collaboration and communication
• Knowledge of HCM Systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle) or with learning management systems (LMS/LXP) is a plus
