• Design and develop financial training programs for banks and corporates.
• Evaluate, and update learning materials.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with media team on the shooting process and video editing process as well.
• Design games, simulations, activities as part of Training materials to ensure meeting clients expectations and outline provided.
• Create performance development plans.
• Manage LD teams’ daily tasks.
• Assist in talent development initiatives, succession planning, and career paths for employees.
• Maintain the efficient communication flow between my team and other teams/SMEs
Qualifications, Skill,s and Attributes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum from 5-7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of e-learning standards, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
• Experience working with a digital adoption platform to create documentation, e-learning and in-application guides.
• Experience with complex and process driven products.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of both synchronous and asynchronous learning content creation.
• Experience working with video tools preferred.
• Working within a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
