Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning And Development Supervisor, located in Carmona. The Learning And Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the training and development programs within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing learning initiatives, evaluating program effectiveness, managing a team, and supporting the development of employees' skills and knowledge. This role will also involve working closely with department heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to evaluate program effectiveness and determine development needs
• Strong Communication abilities to facilitate training sessions and collaborate with team members
• Experience in Program Development and implementation
• Team Management skills to lead and support the training team
• Sales skills are an advantage but not mandatory
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
