Summary

Job Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Regional HR Lead, Branch Mangers & Central LOD team in ensuring L&OD delivery as per schedule.
  • Act as internal facilitator for product training, behavioural skills & HR domain related programs.
  • Equip oneself with product knowledge to enhance designs of future product training modules.
  • Identify factors that will enhance productivity from learning interventions.
  • Joint ownership of retention & productivity of new joiners for a period of 12 months
  • Be responsible for driving specific number of learning manhours in the given region.
  • Be responsible for transfer of learning to work & design action plans to maximize the same.
  • Take ownership of engagement & learning feedback measured through employee surveys & deploy actions to improve employee experience.
  • Create program to develop in-house pool of facilitators and design content.
  • Implementation of Leadership & Behavioural Sessions at regions as per HO guidance & local HR requirements.
  • Benchmark best practices & partner with RHRs in deployment.
  • Drive Functional Induction along with RHR for effective employee onboarding.
  • Regular Reporting of Monthly PJPs, Training Reports etc.
