Position Details Tasks: * Develop and lead trainings designed to further the development of employees across key areas, including Compliance, Professional Development, and Product knowledge: * Design training infrastructure aligned with company and department objectives and learning and development best practices * Gather data from internal surveys, define learning objectives, create and deliver training opportunities from live workshops to e-learning; topics ranging from further product education to professional development and role-specific competencies * Collaborate with department leadership through one-on-one meetings and review performance data to identify gaps in employee skills and competencies * Evaluate the efficacy of training initiatives via participation, course completion, employee feedback, performance metrics, and assessment scores; make improvement recommendations to leadership based on data * Schedule and lead new hire and department trainings to ensure employees understand best practices for departmental processes; organize job shadowing sessions * Continuously discover and implement new learning techniques and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and drive learning through engaging, instructive, and professional training * Create and maintain accurate employee training records in Logical Position's internal systems, including assigning training, updating employee profiles, and adding workshop attendance as needed to ensure trainings are completed properly * Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure cross-training methods are effective and consistent across the company; ensure training aligns with business goals and product updates * Lead New Hire Orientation as needed * Work on training projects and tasks as identified by leadership Required Skills & Certifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years' experience applying various training methods and/or knowledge of LP Products * Thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Asana, or Microsoft Teams * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and high standard for work product * Creative, analytical, and driven individual who works well on a team * Ability to teach, coach, and mentor employees * Ability to be self-sufficient, learn new skills quickly, and meet strict deadline This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions (as covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act) expected of an employee in this position.
