Responsibilities and Expectations
• Own and lead specific learning and performance growth projects end-to-end with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, business units, and global teams to understand learning needs, deliver relevant solutions and build relationships cross functionally.
• Use platforms like Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and internal LMS tools to curate and manage digital learning experiences.
• Assist in the creation of learning content such as presentations, toolkits, videos, and communications
• Maintain strong project management, coordination and communication across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with experienced team members, while also demonstrating ownership of projects with a self-starter mindset.
• Bring curiosity and initiative to support experimentation and continuous improvement in learning solutions.
Experience-
Preferably 1-2 yrs in L&D/Strategic HR/OD/Any People Services Function
