Job Summary:
The Specialist, Learning and Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance through effective learning solutions and collaborating with various departments to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement learning and development programs.
2.Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
3.Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
4.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
5.Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
6.Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation.
7.Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
8.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
9.Prepare training reports and evaluations.
10.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all training activities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
