The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) organization provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague's skills and knowledge. We power engagement and drive business results across Global Services (GS) through talent solutions. We are seeking a Director of Learning Architecture Enablement who will serve on the Global Learning Architecture (GLA) leadership team. GLA is responsible for partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider GLKM team to develop and implement global learning solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. With a focus on the highest quality of design and development, they will contribute to the conceptualization, development, implementation and measurement of all learning solutions. How will you make an impact in this role? This Manager of Learning Architecture Capabilities is responsible for leading the third party relationships with our content creation vendors as well as managing our Learning Content Management System (LCMS). This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in the technical aspects of MS SharePoint and Power Platforms and is a strong relationship builder. This position will report into the Director, Global Learning Architecture (GLA) Enablement. Responsibilities: Lead a team (approx. 4) focused on the development of the platform and definition of the business processes for our Learning Content Management System (LCMS) Support team is identifying technical solutions within Microsoft Share Point and Power Platform Services Ensure Third Party Lifecycle Management responsibilities are met for all vendor relationships Maintain ongoing knowledge of third party platforms technical releases and roadmaps Work across GLA and GLKM to ensure teams are aware of business processes and drive adoption of those processes Partner with learning content governance to ensure our Learning Content Management System (LCMS) supports the ongoing governance of our materials. Collaborate closely with the Instructional Design teams to ensure alignment on the content storage strategy and process. Ensure technical elements support regulatory requirements of content governance. Work to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Strong history of experience developing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint including security architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, etc. Strong history utilizing PowerApps formulas and development methods. Experience with connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate Experience with APIs, JQuery, JS and XML Project Management Leadership: Develop and execute plans to effectively scale solutions globally across GLA. Provide strong project management leadership, overseeing timelines, removing roadblocks and ensuring milestones are achieved with strong attention to detail. Results-Driver and Change Management Expert: Identify opportunities, obstacles/risks and develop recommendations for improvements. Ensure adoption of governance process across GLA. Develop and implement user readiness programs, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge for successful adoption. Operational Efficiency: Document and refine processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Leader: Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross-functional, virtual teams and operate autonomously, making complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure. Navigate AXP's compliance & risk management framework by attending key forums, planning for needs, and ensuring appropriate risk management and mitigation strategies are in place. Collaboration Champion: Collaborate with peers to pilot and iterate enablement processes. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adapt our strategies to the evolving needs of our colleagues, seeking input along the way. Problem Solver: Capacity to be a change agent - not afraid to challenge the status quo. Experience with learning teams preferred.
