Youturn is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator to lead the creation of innovative, evidence-informed learning solutions that support individuals and communities bereaved by suicide. As part of the StandBy Support After Suicide program, you will help shape the future of postvention training by integrating research, lived experience, and best practices into high-impact educational resources.
Position Overview
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for driving instructional design excellence and developing impactful learning resources that build the capacity of staff, stakeholders, and community members. The role requires a strong understanding of postvention principles, grief-informed practices, and adult learning methodologies.
Working closely with internal teams and sector partners, the Coordinator will oversee the full learning lifecycle — from needs analysis and resource development to facilitation, evaluation, and strategic planning.
