About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. You will be responsible for:

• Evaluate training delivery options, including e-learning programs, to provide multiple mediums for efficiency and cost-effectiveness in training staff, in consultation with the General Manager HR.
• Design, develop and implement training materials and programs to support managers and leaders in our business.
• Manage the Built Environs L&D reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate analysis of information is input into all required Built Environs HR reports.
• Research, develop and implement upskilling training programs that drive higher capability through the Business.
  
  

About You

• Preferred candidate to have studied Human Resources - not required.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Ability to plan and operate independently and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in Learning and Development role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to develop skillset in identifying, developing and implementing systems and procedures.
