Summary

Job Description

  • Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive talent management programs, including Performance Management, Skill Gap Assessments and Career Development Pathways.
  • Execute Engineering Excellence Skills Academy training, in coordination with global guidelines.
  • Develop L&D metrics, performance measures, reporting, and analysis to meet business needs .
  • Coordinate event scheduling with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to share knowledge on their roles within the CECM.
  • Oversee the Associate Engineering Trainee program, including onboarding processes and learning path follow-up activities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of development programs for Young Talent, Early Development, Middle Management and Senior & Executive employees, aligning them with the organization's objectives.
  • Lead the Talent Review & Succession Planning process in CECM, promoting development conversations and successors mapping for key positions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the Development Program Offering aligned to meet the identified needs of the Talent Pool employees at all career levels.
  • Manage the implementation and feedback strategy for the 360° Assessments, guiding the employees with the definition of their Individual Development Plan (70 -20 -10 approach)
  • Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to measure the effectiveness of Talent and Development programs and adjust as necessary.
  • Lead all the stages of the Performance Management Process ensuring the quality of goal setting and checkpoints reviews feedback. Promote leader´s ownership to establish an objective rating based on results.
  • Meeting with leaders to assess individual employee performance and coach them on how to improve performance in specific areas.
  • Develop strong relationships with the HR Generalists and Technology business to gain an understanding of business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant organizations and partners to facilitate the delivery of talent and development programs.
  • Identify themes, trends, and market best practices to update programs or processes as needed.
  • Contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, will be a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in talent, development or learning. Working within Technology Centers will be a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of English and Spanish language.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels in the organization. High Influence Skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Strong analytical, data -driven decision-making, team player, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs that utilize a variety of delivery methods to address different learning styles.
  • Strong knowledge of employee learning and development strategies and ability to draw out and prioritize employee development needs.
  • Required experience in Project and Program Management.
  • Strong knowledge about Learning Impact Measurement and ROI calculation.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration and engagement with team members and clients.
  • End-to-end knowledge of Learning/Training Life Cycle.
