About the Role...

As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing key L&D activities within The Adaptavist Group. Reporting to the Senior Manager of L&D, you will be responsible for administering our full learning suite, focusing on evaluation and ROI reporting. This role also involves needs assessments, facilitation, and instructional design to support the L&D function.


This position supports the hybrid model of Learning Operations at TAG while engaging in traditional L&D activities. If you are looking to leverage your organizational and operational skills while expanding your L&D expertise, this role is for you!


A portion of the L&D team is based in North America so there will be times where we'd expect you to be flexible with your hours so you have crossover with them. We will discuss the details with you in our interview process.

What You’ll Be Doing...


  • L&D Coordination and Administration: Act as a key point of contact, providing superior customer service through timely communication and support for L&D projects.
  • Administration of Learning Tools: Serve as the administrator for all L&D tools and software, including LMS/LXP systems.
  • Training Calendar and Records: Create and maintain a central training calendar and manage training records and accreditations.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update L&D content on Confluence pages.
  • Workshop Support: Provide support for virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions.
  • Vendor Research: Gather data on external training vendors.
  • Program Administration: Administer the UK apprenticeship and HRDF programs in Malaysia.
  • Course and Program Development: Collaborate with the senior L&D team on needs assessments, gap analysis, and course development.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate internal workshops and training courses as needed.
  • Custom Course Design: Develop custom courses using various learning technologies and instructional design software.
  • Onboarding Activities: Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.


What We’re Looking For


  • Qualifications: Degree in Adult Education or equivalent L&D certifications.
  • Experience: Proficient in instructional design software, AI technologies, and learning suite platforms. Previous L&D experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to foster collaborative relationships, work independently, and manage multiple projects.


Nice to Haves

  • Bilingual abilities in German or Spanish.
  • Experience in a b2b SaaS company or marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Trello, and Confluence.
