About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join our dynamic team on a 9month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the organisation and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support our people to thrive.
You’ll lead the way in identifying training needs and coordinating a wide range of programs – from safety and technical training to qualifications and professional development. Your work will empower our teams, support career growth, and help us build a strong, capable, and future-ready workforce.
