Summary

Läkare Utan Gränser/MSF Sweden is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to support in our HR department, to cover for a part time parental leave. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of operations at MSF by fostering a more autonomous, high-performing, and motivated workforce. You will play a key role in helping to create a shared understanding of how L&D can support MSF's social mission. You will ensure the andragogical quality of MSF Sweden's learning activities is consistently maintained and improved, aligning with industry best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in learning and development, offering advice and support to stakeholders at MSF Sweden. Main responsibilities Support in design and deliver workshops/trainings within relevant subject matter expertise areas (including but not limited to Training of Trainers, Facilitation Skills). Analyse L&D initiative results and advise on way forward Advise and support on sourcing solutions to address individual and organizational challenges and development areas. Contribute to policies and guidelines related to L&D Deliver modules as suitable on the induction course Welcome to MSF We are looking for you with A strong commitment to MSF principles and humanitarian values Minimum 5 years professional work experience of highly similar responsibilities Educational/Academic background in adult learning (or highly similar) Experience of managing the full training cycle (needs assessment, learning objectives, design, delivery and evaluation) Experience of delivering training and facilitating learning to a high quality Excellent organizational skills, manages time and change effectively Fluent in English, written and spoken Excellent user of common IT tools It’s valuable if you have Swedish skills Previous MSF or other humanitarian sector experience Coaching skills Graphic design skills The social environment at MSF Sweden As an employee at MSF Sweden you will be part of a movement providing people with medical aid and humanitarian care. Employment terms and conditions Type of contract: Fixed term contract for 50 % (covering a part time parental leave) Contract duration: 6 months (April-September) Entry date: Preferably April 15th Goal oriented working time: (18,75 hours/week is 50 %) Salary: 20 371 SEK/month (if you have 5 years experience as required). The salary is set according to the MSF Sweden Salary policy. Previous relevant documented work experience, beyond the years of requirement, (minimum 5) can give additional salary increase (depending on length of experience, maximum up to 8 years). This will be evaluated and calculated if shortlisted for interview. Benefits: Pension, health insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, insurance for work related injuries, wellness contribution (3000 SEK/year) and one wellness hour per week. Vacation: 30 days/year + 3,5 extra vacation days for all employees (which varies from year to year) for full time. Full compensation day 1-14 of sick leave Work Style: Our working place policy makes it possible to work partly from a distance, but the majority of the time should be spent in the office in Stockholm.
