Your Tasks
Contribute to acquisitions, greenfield investments, and joint ventures that align with the strategic objectives of the EGGER Group
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various business units and external partners, including advisors, consultants, and investment banks, to ensure successful project execution
Assist in identifying and assessing potential M&A targets by conducting thorough market research and leveraging industry experience to inform strategic decisions
Support the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential opportunities and risks
Aid in the development of detailed business plans, conducting strategic and financial analyses, identifying synergies, and clearly presenting findings to the Head of Corporate Development
Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine the overall corporate strategy and enhance decision-making processes
You actively contribute to the regular EGGER strategy process, helping to shape the long-term direction of the company
Additionally, you are involved in strategic risk management, assisting in the early identification and mitigation of potential risks
Our Requirements
Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field
International professional experience in a finance or consulting role
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Analytical thinking and a self-driven, solution-oriented work approach
Knowledge in project management with a high customer and service orientation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with sound judgment, resilience, and integrity
Entrepreneurial mindset, commitment, sense of responsibility, and passion for M&A
Flexibility and willingness to travel
We Offer
