The NCCER Program Director/Workforce Development Administrator is a key position within the Workforce Development team. The NCCER Program Director/Workforce Development Administrator will be responsible for the administration of all NCCER and CAM Workforce Development policies and procedures and the verification of all reports and documents submitted to the CAM Workforce Development Department. The NCCER Program Director/Workforce Development Administrator reports to the CAM Corporate Director of Workforce Development.

Expediting CAM through the NCCER Accreditation Process
Accredited Training Sponsor
Accredited Assessment Center
Crane, Rigging and Signal Person Endorsement
Oversee NCCER Audits
NCCER Registry Reporting
Performance Verifications
Knowledge Verifications
Practicals
Module Completions
Team Financials

Skills:
This position needs to have strong administrative skills and ability to multitask to manage reporting, paperwork, budgets, and people to support these efforts.
Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills; and should be organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques; and able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
Knowledge of Workforce Development systems, processes, and tools (i.e. Registered Apprenticeship and NCCER).
Technology / Software:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and web delivery tools.
