Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the deployment of the company's production system
  • Conduct Lean Six Sigma training and manage improvement projects
  • Develop and implement plant transformation roadmaps
  • Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive digital innovation through advanced analytics and MES optimization
  • Execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with departments to streamline processes and reduce waste
  • Lead value stream mapping exercises and implement future state designs
  • Develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing
  • Train teams on lean concepts and optimize floor layouts
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage and support MES reporting across plants
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
    • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
    • Professional Project Manager Certification
    • Strong experience in project portfolio management and reporting (5+ years)
    • Proficiency in MES, SAP, and Power BI (including DAX and Power Automate)
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
