Duties/Day To Day Overview

Would be the face to the business from Software Engineering

After implementation team walks away, this person would be the main go-to

Functional

Work with business side has to be very comfortable working with stakeholders at every level

Should be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements (and be able to execute on those)

Technical

• Should be ready to be hands on with coding, configuration fixes, troubleshooting, etc. Shouldn t be waiting for someone offshore to fix any issues.
• From a background should be VERY familiar with Dynamics, 365 etc.
• Will work alongside implementation partner, architect, and coding team
• Once into the go-live, will shadow the implementation partner so once they walk away after 1 month, they would take over and LEAD the effort
• Over the next 6 months, it is about stabilizing the environment
• Once the go-live settles down, they would still be needed as a go-to
• We are working towards a go-live phase of this project
• This engineer would be supporting the post go-live phase should be VERY well versed in post go-live
• Should be able to identify issues and prioritize - Should be able to understand the business side and prioritize accordingly
