Applause IT is seeking an Applications Support Analyst with experience in an insurance environment with solid experience in agency management systems (AMS), is sought by a global insurance organisation with a tech team based in the West Midlands.


The Lead Application Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance for business application issues. Provide technical support over the phone, in-person, or other means of communications while maintaining high levels of customer service and documentation.


The successful Lead Application Support Analyst should possess knowledge of the following:

· Thorough understanding, through practical use, of the Applied Epic (or equivalent) agency management system.

· Thorough understanding of agency support programs (Service Now, DocuSign, CSR24 & Various Rating systems)

· Enterprise level service desk ticketing experience

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Good attitude and a desire to help others

· Thorough problem-solving skills.

· Ability to train new individuals, transfer knowledge, and assume new responsibilities.

· Dependability
