Required experience must include 36 months of experience in the following: 1. Executing strategic sourcing for Leadership Software Engineers. 2. Experience in engaging with senior level hiring partners at Director and VP level at Meta to deeply understand technical requirements of the roles, the functions, and how the roles fit into the organization. 3. Experience in facilitating and leading meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. 4. Experience in establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams). 5. Specialized knowledge of core technologies, namely: LinkedIn Intelligence Search, Entelo Search, or Github Search. 6. Experience in technical sourcing and candidate development experience. 7. Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams. 8. Proactively recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement. 9. Supporting search engagements from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate contact to include research, engagement strategies and candidate experience. 10. Experience in hiring talent within Eng and or Tech XFN functions - including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership).
