This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to reimagine and deliver a refreshed, intentional approach to leadership and capability development aligned to strategic business priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and working with COE and HR Business Partner peers, you’ll play a key role in shaping what great leadership looks like for the future—while delivering practical programs that uplift skills, foster clear career pathways, and embed learning deeply into the fabric of the business. This role includes a blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery, with scope to shape and lead capability uplift across the enterprise, leaning on the global COE when required - the best of both worlds!
Key areas of focus include:
- Leadership & Capability Frameworks: Define and deliver a leadership development approach aligned to business strategy. Co-create a leadership capability framework.
- Career Pathways: Design and embed a career development framework that aligns with job architecture and supports long-term employee growth.

- Partner with HR Business Partners, People Leaders, and senior business stakeholders to foster framework and program alignment and adoption across the business. Provide internal consultancy and thought leadership on emerging trends in Leadership and Learning.
- Measurement & Insights: Use data to evaluate and improve program effectiveness, drawing insights to inform future initiatives and demonstrate impact.
About You:
You’ll be hands-on and highly collaborative, well used to working in dynamic environments, less so large corporates alone, to design impactful development initiatives.
You’re a future-focused learning and leadership professional and you'll bring the right experience, insight, and energy. Most of all you know how to turn ideas into programs that shift mindsets, grow capability, and drive performance.
Additionally you'll bring:
- Proven experience in developing leadership and learning strategy, capability frameworks in addition to program design and delivery.
- Strength in stakeholder engagement—you collaborate confidently across functions and influence at all levels.
- Comfort in agile, fast-moving environments where you are expected to be both strategic and hands-on.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Data fluency—you use metrics to inform, evaluate, and continuously improve programs.
- Experience with digital learning platforms.
