Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.
• Advanced knowledge of Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and relational/non-relational databases, including MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Solid foundation in backend scripting and frameworks (Java Core, Spring Boot, SAP).
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices-based architectures.
• Practical experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Broad technical expertise spanning backend, front-end, data layers, and system architecture, especially within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine both business and technical requirements.
• Design and build robust, scalable backend systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean code.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD and DevOps methodologies to enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Take a leadership role throughout the development lifecycle, offering strategic input and technical mentorship.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and story grooming to ensure timely delivery aligned with release cycles.
