Summary

Requirements: We're looking to add an intellegent, smart, fast learning web guy and/or gal to our Client Services department. This person should be a great team leader, taking the initiative to teach others within the department, delegating and managing the ticket queue, fulfillment and design tasks and ensuring tickets are completed within a timely matter. You should have wonderful customer service and phone skills and work well within a team environment. You must also have strong technical and customer service skills along with some experience and understanding of the internet, websites, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, either personal experience or professional. You should have a great interest and extensive personal or professional experience working with computers, web sites and working with the internet. You must have an great interest in web development, design, a combination of both or similar to apply for this position. You should have some knowledge and are familar with networking, computer/pc troubleshooting, online marketing (i.e what is social media?, SEO, SEM, etc.), website troubleshooting, XML, MS Access, Jquery and Javascript. You do not need to be an expert in these topics, but should be familar with them, and able to utilize them within a website or web page. If you are just out of school or are simply looking for real world experience and plenty of room for advancement this may be the perfect job for you. We do REQUIRE that you at least deal with these technologies often at least on a personal level, if not a professional level. Primary responsibilities: Maintain websites for clients and businesses. Ensure the web servers, hardware and software are operating accurately. Design websites using our templates, tools, and CMS (not a web designer position) Generate and revise web pages. Utilize scripting languages such as Javascript. Create and modify appearance and setting of site using CSS, Javascript, etc. Layout content on web pages. Deal with and respond to heavy volumes of email and phone calls. Complete tickets. Salary: Starting at $10-$16/hr. (depending on experience) / 20+ Hours a week Additional Benefits: Casual and friendly atmosphere, free snacks and drinks. Duties Include: Assisting clients with their websites, making minor website design changes, edits and modifications within our CMS system, working with HTML, troubleshooting issues on client websites, sending and receiving e-mail and additional related tasks. Additional knowledge in basic javascript, html, e-mail troubleshooting, how the internet works and Outlook is helpful but not required. You should have a great interest in computers, web sites and working with the internet and more importantly, people. Scheduled hours will be between Monday-Friday during our office hours, 8am-5pm.
