Role: Lead UX Designer

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata

Experience: 8+ Years

Shift Timing: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, information architect, software/graphic designer, or similar role.
• Demonstrable expertise in industry standard design and prototyping tools and frameworks such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS/CC, and Axure
• Experience designing responsive user experiences that people can access on any type of device, desktop, tablet, phone.
• Working knowledge of implementing ADA accessibility compliance standards as part of the design deliverables
• Experience in executing moderated and unmoderated user testing phases to encourage data driven design approach. Familiarity with AB testing, impression testing is desirable
• Attention to detail and passion of creative visual designs
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience creating great user-centered design solutions that have moved the needle commercially or in terms of customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of essential front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks like bootstrap, google material design is a strong plus.
• Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices
• Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and design
• Ability to define patterns and advocate for consistency, without repressing inspiration or inhibiting innovation
• Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Demonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplification
• Ability to create functional prototypes in HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with agile/scrum
• UX certifications are a huge plus (NNG, HFI etc.)
