Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Lead TOSCA Automation Engineer with over 5 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SDLC and STLC processes, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive testing efficiency through automation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA across various applications and platforms.
• Develop detailed test documentation, including Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Data, Test Cases, and Defect Reports.
• Lead and manage Functional, Non-Functional and Regression Testing activities.
• Perform and support API automation testing and troubleshooting.
• Actively participate in all phases of SDLC and STLC, ensuring thorough test coverage.
• Create and maintain End User Guides and presentation materials (PPTs) for functional modules.
• Prepare and deliver project progress updates through Daily Status Reports (DSRs) and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs).
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and solution architects to align testing efforts with project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting best practices in automation and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA and test automation.
• Proven expertise in TOSCA Automation Suite.
• Strong background in API automation techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with various testing types: functional, non-functional and regression.
• Proficient in creating comprehensive test documentation and status reports.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• Fast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Skilled in knowledge sharing and preparing user-facing documentation or training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOSCA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
