• Lead the overall test strategy for CRM, ERP, and WhatsApp automation products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create test plans and test cases.
• Improve testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide the test engineering team.

• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts.
• Design and execute automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
• Conduct performance testing, identify system bottlenecks.
• Maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Allocate tasks to test engineers based on project priorities.
• Define clear test deliverables and promote collaboration.
• Monitor team progress, uphold quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address progress and challenges.

• Ensure software meets functional, integration, and regression testing standards.
• Identify and manage testing risks.
• Prioritize defects based on business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in testing.

• Create test reports, document test plans, test cases, results, and defect logs.
• Maintain automated scripts with product updates.
• Report testing progress, issues, and risks to senior management.

• 4+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong background in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG).
• Experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proven knowledge of CRM, ERP, and WhatsApp integration testing.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong in testing techniques: functional, integration, regression, performance.
• Proficient with automation frameworks, Java,
• Experienced with Postman for API testing.
• Knowledge of Git and Jira.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
