Job title: Lead technician/Technician

Jordan Restoration Inc is currently looking for a CERTIFIED Water/Mold/ Mitigation Technician. This position will perform water/mold mitigation and microbial contamination within residential and commercial structures. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a reliable team player and demonstrates a "can-do" attitude. MUST BE CERTIFIED OR HAS DONE MOLD REMEDIATION.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Construction of containment systems and critical barriers

Monitoring of environmental controls and negative pressure

Operation of air scrubbers and negative air machines

Monitoring moisture and humidity

Precision demolition - drywall and flooring removal

Removal of contaminated building materials, as well as building containments

Post-remediation detailed cleaning and fire odor restoration

Water damage emergency response and monitoring

Mold remediation

Set up and monitor drying equipment

Apply antimicrobial products

Proper use of PPE equipment including respirator, gloves, and goggles.

Transfer data to required office documents, and take all required pictures through job process

Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Helpful with at least 1 year of mitigation experience, construction experience, but not required

Customer Service Oriented

Must have a valid California Driver's license (No violent or theft related charges)
