Hindalco is looking to hire Lead Technical Representative, based at its corporate office in Mumbai. The role reports to the Head Foils and Packaging to provide customers with superior level of customer delight through strategic and tactical technical services.

Job Context

Foil Technical Representative( Tech Rep ) is a dedicated technical representative for Industrial Foil who serves as a key interface between the organization and the customer. This is due to the technical nature of the product right from the qualification till the smooth running on the customer s machines. Key challenge of the position is to ensure that material is supplied in a sustained manner as per quality requirements of customer and assist customer in case of any technical problems encountered during running of our material. Major KRAs / Work areas: Work closely with Cigarette, ULG and special MG foil like Alu-Alu and Lidding customers for new qualifications To drive improvement in customer satisfaction level to ensure no quality/ technical Impediment in maintaining & growing our market share. Manage technical interaction with all the key customers in Foil business Manage internal & external trial, process changes and process simplification with our complete customer base Lead an improved level of field technical service through knowledge sharing and team development. Visit customer locations to understand customer requirements and provide market intelligence to the company Support customer led audits or supplier management programs Organize & lead technical / quality meetings involving company and the customers .
