Summary

Job Title: Lead Consultant / Lead Technical Recruiter

Location: New York, Mid-Town Manhattan

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Business Development & Client Management - Identify and win new business and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Full delivery & process management - Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end, including scheduling interviews, managing feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing, screening & interviewing: Proactively source top talent & conduct thorough candidate assessments to match their skill sets with client requirements.
  • Market Knowledge - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges to offer clients insightful advice.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment, with experience managing the entire recruitment life-cycle (delivery consultants will be considered).
  • Experience in Software Engineering recruitment .
  • 2+ years experience in recruitment
  • Established Sales Processes - Market Building and Delivery (desirable)
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of hitting targets and building client relationships (desirable)
  • Experience in pitching to Clients (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented “do what it takes” mindset and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
