We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Developer to guide the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to support project goals and mentor development teams. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and business teams to define technical requirements.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
Ensure code quality, security compliance, and system scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Requirements:
U.S. citizenship (required).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
