Summary

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze all 12 regions onboarded and identify/ mark /catalogue all the business and technical misalignments
  • Drive the alignment of business requirements between the local and the global applications
  • Conduct alignment meetings with the stakeholders from all 12 regions and drive the discussions to synchronize the business processes
  • Keep close to the development & architecture teams guiding the implementation for the Regional Applications in the GCP migration
  • Coordinate the validation of the implementation across all 12 regions and ensuring the final solution is synced on all regions

Technically, we are looking for:

  • Deep understanding of Finance industry and MIS reporting
  • Deep understanding of products and processes for Private Banking customers
  • Experience in Functional Analysis , Private Banking, Wealth Management
  • Experience on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Be the key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train the stakeholders
  • Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo.
  • Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
  • Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
  • Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
  • Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
  • Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients, actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements


Nice to have:

  • Experience working with API’s
  • Experience in using or configuring WSO2 API Manager
  • Experience with GitHub Actions.
