We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lead Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This exciting role is an integral part of our organization, responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract and hire top-notch professionals in the field. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and attracting the best talent, and a passion for creating and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

As the Permanent Lead Talent Acquisition, your primary responsibilities will be

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies designed to attract top talent in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and skills needed for open positions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other potential talent sources.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and recruitment.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Lead Talent Acquisition role, you must possess

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
