Must Have Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in administering, configuring, and supporting Enablon EHS solution.
• Experience in SQL preferably Oracle.
• API integration experience within custom applications.
• 5+ years in .NET development or comparable 4th generation language.
• 5+ years' experience with Industrial Hygiene, Air Quality, Compliance, Action Plans modules within Enablon.
• Experience with complex emissions modelling within Air Quality module.
• Experience with any regulatory & sustainability content software preferably Enhesa-RegScan.
• Experience with Federal & multi-state regulatory reporting.
• Experience with integrating Enablon with custom applications.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Federal & multi-state regulatory reporting with TX STEERS.
• Prior experience with Sphera Essential Suite
• Prior development experience with Angular or React framework knowledge

Job Description:

An oil and gas midstream energy client of Insight Global is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst to join their team in Houston, Tx. As a member of the E-Business Systems team, the Lead Systems Analyst will work alongside 6 other Analysts and Developers and be responsible for overseeing the migration from their on-premises Sphera Essential Suite to Enablon application in the cloud. This individual will lead their migration effort and work closely with business stakeholders and their implementation provider to gather and communicate requirements from business stakeholders, manage and troubleshoot existing application, develop enhancements to applications, and ensure production of applications are running smoothly. This person must be local and willing to report onsite in Houston, Tx. 5 days/week and offers a competitive salary range between $150,000-$170,000 annually.
