Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 8 years of related experience.
- Experience leading the integration and test of radar systems
- Radar system design/development experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis or modeling & simulation
- Proficiency in MATLAB, C++ or Python
- Strong technical leadership skills with demonstrated ability to plan, track and execute engineering tasks to meet program objectives
- Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts and weekends if needed by the supported program
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret
level clearance

The Work
Our Radar Systems Engineering Team Is Seeking a Candidate To Support The Integration, Test, And Verification Of High Performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar Systems. The Radar Systems Engineer Will
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions.
- Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution.
- Conduct system verification and support certification activities.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to accomplish technical objectives
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership on technical matters as required.
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments.
- Shift work may be required
- This position involves the ability to travel
domestically and internationally as needed to
support site installs, checkout and integration
testing.
