Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in quick service and casual dining environments. As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing shifts, training staff, and ensuring that our high standards of food production and customer service are consistently met. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the restaurant or food service environment. Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand. Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with the management team to implement new procedures and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in shift management within the food production or service industry. Background as an assistant manager or similar supervisory role in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is a plus. Strong understanding of training development techniques for staff improvement. Familiarity with various dining formats including quick service fast food restaurants, casual dining, and banquet services. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
