What you'll do

Docusign Asia is growing fast, and we are looking for people to join our high-performance team who are excited to make a difference and help out wherever needed. The Lead Solution Consultant will support the Enterprise sales team by helping to understand complex customer business problems and requirements and translate them into solutions leveraging Docusign’s platform.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Solutions Consulting Asia.

Responsibility

  • Understand complex customer business problems within the assigned territory and client-base
  • Develop account roadmap and strategy
  • Visualise customer internal systems and information topology
  • Map customer problems and systems to Docusign solutions
  • Establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions and business process diagrams
  • Present and articulate business value to executives
  • Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions
  • Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan
  • Exhibit proficiency of the core platform, including all current and future features
  • Leverage knowledge gained from experiences and share new knowledge with your team across the globe
  • Communicate as well as champion the methods, processes, and certifications which make Docusign the best partner for Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Present and demonstrate DocuSign solutions at marketing events
  • Assist in training and enabling the Sales teams on DocuSign and partner solutions
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and flexible

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5 years presales or SaaS related experience in India market
  • Experience working across a range of industries and understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities
  • Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
  • Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in varied, fast paced environments
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization

Preferred

  • Prior pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based within multiple industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Business case/value engineering experience to drive compelling points of view
  • Exposure to Design Thinking, Consulting methodologies and Enterprise Architecture would be an added advantage
