Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Cloud, and restaurant chain management software. This role involves leading architecture and delivery for complex enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring technical excellence, and driving projects from vision to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Planning

• Lead requirement gathering and business analysis for enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, Azure services, and industry-specific platforms.
• Recommend technology stack and integration strategies tailored for chain restaurant operations.
• Prepare effort estimates, risk assessments, and architectural documentation.

2. Delivery Leadership

• Define project roadmaps, delivery milestones, and team structures.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and task distribution.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Oversee solution quality, system performance, and timely delivery across phases.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
• Strong architectural knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Azure AD, Logic Apps, Integration Services).
• Proven experience working with or integrating restaurant chain management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory, loyalty platforms).
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, business teams, and technical leads.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating CRM with third-party systems, including payment processors and food delivery platforms.
• Familiarity with data compliance and security standards in the food service industry.
• DevOps knowledge for CI/CD on Azure.
