About the Company:


We’ve partnered with an exciting scale-up in the automotive sector, poised to become one of the leading mobility platforms in the Netherlands. Focused on simplifying the leasing and purchasing process for various vehicles, the company has already achieved strong market traction and continues to grow rapidly. As part of this growth, they are now looking for a Lead .NET Developer to help shape their engineering team and technology roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the technical lead for the .NET development team, guiding and mentoring developers to ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture.
  • Take ownership of the technical vision and actively contribute to setting the software architecture roadmap.
  • Lead the design and development of new microservices and extend existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD improvements, and DevOps processes.
  • Oversee platform maintenance, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring high system availability.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a strong engineering culture.



Technology Stack: React.js / .NET Core / Azure Cloud


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
  • Deep expertise in .NET/C# and Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Azure DevOps, Functions, Service Bus).
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles (e.g., microservices, API-first design).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • EU Passport or valid Dutch work authorization.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Background working in a scale-up or fast-paced technology company.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to code quality, scalability, and security.
  • Experience building or scaling DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).


What You Can Expect From Them:

  • Up to €7,200 Gross per month (depending on experience).
  • 2 days onsite weekly.
