Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead UI Engineer passionate about translating UX visions into robust, functional user interfaces aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7-10 years of front-end development experience.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, and Angular.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG, ADA), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Experience advising leadership on technology adoption.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products for software/database developers (Couchbase users).
• Familiarity with Multi-Cloud platforms and Svelte.
• Adaptable and proactive in exploring emerging technologies.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance UI applications.
• Define and enforce UI standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and integrate modern UI frameworks and technologies.
• Implement responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Ensure timely delivery through Agile/Scrum practices.
• Address security vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Write and promote automated testing.
