Your New Role
As the Lead Developer, you'll oversee the end-to-end technical development of a cutting-edge Mobile Platform, driving adoption, engagement, and retention. You'll take ownership of the platform's architecture, mentor a small team, and introduce best practices to optimise performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Expertise in ReactJS (React Native experience is advantageous).
  
• Strong background in AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, ECS, EC2, ALB, etc.).
  
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation (YAML templates & CDK), and SAM.
  
• Programming proficiency in Node.js, Python, SQL, Scala would be advantageous.
  
• A passion for adopting new technologies and driving technical advancements.
  
• Leadership experience guiding and mentoring development teams.
