A fast-paced and forward-thinking gaming business is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a high-impact tech team focused on delivering scalable sportsbook and casino products. 💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary development team (frontend, backend, cloud)
• Oversee architecture, delivery, and maintenance of iGaming systems at scale
• Set technical direction, ensure clean code practices, and enable team autonomy
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA to align on roadmap execution
• Mentor engineers, promote a high-performance culture, and champion continuous improvement

👥 What You Bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3+ in a leadership role
• Strong background in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript)
• Experienced with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), CI/CD, and microservices
• Solid understanding of Kafka, PostgreSQL, and distributed system design
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid or distributed teams
• iGaming or sportsbook industry experience is highly preferred
