This Lead Software Engineer position is with a well-established organisation who specialise in delivering innovative software solutions across varying industries. You will lead a small team of developers, guiding them in creating software solutions while maintaining taking on development duties yourself, keeping your tech skills in tact. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will actively contribute to software development, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to developers.

This Lead Software Engineer position is ideally suited to a senior developer ready to take the next step into a leadership role or a team lead looking for new challenges in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

You will:

• Lead and contribute to full-stack software projects using Python/Django, React, and JavaScript.
• Translate client business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Skills / Experience:

• Strong experience with Python / Django and CSS (Must-have).
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript.
• Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind (advantage).

Salary is dependant on experience + Bonus, Pension, Health Insurance, Lunch and more
