📍 Poznań, Poland – 2-3 days in office

A leading financial services firm is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of a team while remaining hands-on with C# and .NET development. You’ll be delivering high-performance applications in an Azure environment, with exposure to Kubernetes and Python as secondary skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
• Architect and develop scalable backend systems in C# and .NET.
• Work with Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
• Support Kubernetes containerization and optimize cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Lead Engineer, managing and mentoring teams.
• Expert in C# and .NET, with commercial Azure cloud experience.
• Some experience with Kubernetes and Python is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
